Position Available : Planning Coordinator Location : Perth Airport, WA About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Planning Coordinator to play a key role in our Transport Operations team. In this role, you will manage daily planning and updates for drivers and vehicles, while helping to ensure safe and efficient operations across the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day planning, scheduling, and adjustments for Prime Movers and Drivers within the Transport Operations Team. Support medium- and long-term planning across multiple facilities. Coordinate maintenance execution to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets; apply creativity to ensure consistent service coverage. Develop and implement long-term planning strategies. Monitor and report on driver hours, fatigue levels, and truck availability. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Scheduling team to ensure exceptions and changes are reflected in future planning. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Commercial Driver Fatigue Guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. Experience using planning and scheduling software. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Why Join Centurion?
