Cultural swap days What will you be doing? Accelerate the future of retail insights by powering Circana’s market leading analytics platform, Unify. In this role, you will deliver high impact reporting for key retailers, own critical data deliverables and help evolve how insights are created and shared. You will champion new capabilities, enhance reporting innovation and ensure clients are always one step ahead through faster and smarter insights. Responsibilities Own end to end delivery of high quality data, reports and databases, ensuring accuracy, integrity and on time outcomes for key retail clients Act as a trusted expert, responding to client questions and resolving data or reporting issues with speed and confidence Continuously enhance report suites by leveraging new platform capabilities, industry best practices and emerging technologies Champion Unify as a subject matter expert, educating stakeholders on new insights, reporting enhancements and analytic approaches Build strong, trusted partnerships with key retailers through proactive communication, solution focused delivery and exceptional service leadership Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to manage platform changes, downstream impacts and continuous improvement, driving strong client satisfaction outcomes Requirements 1 years’ experience as an Analyst, ideally gained in a client facing capacity Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interrogate data, identify patterns and understand the why behind the numbers Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, reliability and high standards across all outputs Comfortable working in fast paced environments, able to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines and deliver under pressure Clear and confident communicator Builds strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration, credibility and responsiveness Adaptable and curious, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools, platforms and ways of working Circana Behaviours As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organization.
