Payrate : $43 per hr penalties Hours of Work: 38 hour weeks - 8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday Technical & Analytical Tasks Perform physical sorting, analysis, handling and control of legacy hazardous materials. – 20 -25% (Assisted by operator) Work with the legacy waste team to run treatability trials and verify suitable waste treatment methods. Provide technical and analytical support to site team. Assist in directing the sorting/packing/disposal of legacy waste on site. Understanding of SA EPA waste coding and waste tracking processes. Documentation & Quality Compile accurate manifests for quoting and waste classification. Maintain high standards in documentation, paperwork, and reporting. Team & Stakeholder Support Assist site management and operators with waste assessment, sampling, labelling, and treatment. Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Branch Manager. Compliance & Safety Adhere to sites health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies. Comply with accreditation standards and follow delegated authority levels for decision-making.
