The Hotel also offers entertainment and live music, enjoyed widely by locals and tourists. The Role They are now seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. Broadly, your responsibilities will include: Supervising and training all front of house employees Preparing and maintaining weekly rosters for front of house staff Managing daily takings and financial records Taking reservations, greeting customers and handling customer enquiries and complaints Liaising with kitchen staff in relation to menu and stock control Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines Planning and organising special functions, entertainment, and live music as required Skills, Qualifications and Experience A relevant Diploma in Hospitality or Business, plus 3 years’ experience in a similar role; or no less than three years’ experience in a similar role, in lieu of a formal qualification.
