Due to continued expansion and increasing operational demands, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee and manage our administrative operations. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the organisation’s administrative functions. This is a managerial position requiring strong leadership, organisational, and operational oversight capabilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the business Develop, implement, and review administrative systems, policies, and procedures Coordinate office resources, including staff supervision, rostering, and workflow management Monitor and maintain compliance with organisational policies, NDIS standards, and regulatory requirements Manage records, information systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, clients, and regulatory bodies Assist in financial administration, including budgeting support, invoice processing, and expense monitoring Support senior management in operational planning and business improvement initiatives Ensure workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance within the office environment Oversee procurement of office supplies and resource allocation Essential Requirements Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 12 months of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role Strong organisational and time management skills Proven ability to manage staff and coordinate administrative functions Experience in compliance-driven environments (NDIS, healthcare, or similar highly regarded) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in office management systems and software Desirable Opportunity to work in a growing and supportive organisation Key leadership role with operational responsibility Stable full-time employment with competitive salary To apply, submit your resume and cover letter.
