About the role This is a hands-on, generalist role offering real variety across marketing, communications and business development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive brand profile, support revenue growth and strengthen client relationships, particularly within the Victorian market. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering integrated marketing and business development campaigns aligned to both local and national priorities Managing internal and external communications, including thought leadership, directories, digital content and reporting Supporting bids, tenders and capability statements, working alongside a central bids function Partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and execute client and key account plans Providing proactive support across the full lifecycle of business development opportunities About you You will bring prior experience in a professional services environment, ideally within a law firm, along with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills. You're organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
