Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our dynamic Industrial & Logistics team based in Newcastle. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry. Working alongside another Marketing & Team Assistant, some of your key responsibilities will include: Working with Agent’s to prepare and/or co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentation. Working with Agent’s to produce agency documents for sales or lease transactions. Updating the company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required. or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate. Managing online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websites. Co-ordinating with suppliers to provide necessary marketing mediums. Production of reporting necessary to both external and internal clients. Maintaining accurate records of transactions to ensure compliance. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need to possess: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Minimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills. In-Design experience highly preferred. Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements and think outside the box.
