Enhance and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding. LI_GM Minimum Requirements 10 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including 5 years leading recruiting teams in large, matrixed, or multinational organizations. Experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting across APAC or other diverse, multi-country regions. Demonstrated expertise driving high-volume, high-complexity hiring, particularly within technology, consulting, or professional services industries. Proven ability to partner with senior executives, influence decision-making, and translate business needs into actionable talent strategies. Strong understanding of APAC labor markets, hiring trends, and employment regulations. Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, ideally across time zones and virtual environments. Comfort working in highly dynamic, high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to travel, as required.
