The next chapter is about lifting capability, improving coaching quality, strengthening sales methodology and creating a more efficient, conversion-focused operation. As part of that journey, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Brisbane function and play a key role in developing leaders, improving performance and helping shape the future direction of the business. About the role This is not a purely administrative leadership role, and it is not a role for someone who wants to sit above the detail. You will lead a Brisbane-based sales operation, overseeing 4 Team Leaders and approximately 50 staff , while working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, lift capability and drive better performance outcomes across the function. This role will suit a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys building strong teams, coaching leaders and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders within a high-performance contact centre sales environment Drive uplift in sales capability, coaching quality and leadership standards Identify performance trends, diagnose challenges and implement practical improvement strategies Support the business through a period of transformation as it shifts toward a more coaching-led and conversion-focused model Build stronger leadership rhythms, accountability and consistency across the function Partner closely with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities and improve overall sales effectiveness.
