With continuous business growth, we are looking for a motivated staff to join our team. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing contracts across suppliers, distributors, and business partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage commercial contracts with suppliers and partners Monitor contract performance and ensure all obligations are met Liaise with internal departments including procurement, production, and finance Support negotiations and assist in drafting contract terms Maintain accurate contract records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks About You Previous experience as a Contract Administrator (preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries) Background or familiarity with food science, accounting policy, or quality standards is highly regarded Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems Language Requirement Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred to facilitate effective communication with overseas suppliers and clients What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with a large and stable manufacturing business Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
