Passion for quality care and support of children’s growth and development · Motivated to support your Room Leader to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation · Work 1-on-1 supporting children with Inclusion Support alongside other Educators · Proven experience in inclusion support and assistance with daily programs · Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practice · Pride in the room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment · Work set shifts, 5 Days a week.
