In this Manager – Physical Security Operations role, you will join the Group Physical Security team that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Provide operational leadership, guidance and support to NAB's Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC). Approx. 20 direct/indirect colleagues. Represent the Physical Security Operations Centre in senior leadership and executive forums, including written reporting and verbal briefings. Own and implement operational processes for the PSOC, including procedures, work instructions, quality assurance, training frameworks, and operational reporting. Provide end‑user operational input into PSOC‑related technology initiatives, working alongside dedicated project managers and technology teams. Provide managerial oversight and decision making for real‑time security incidents, including escalation management, stakeholder coordination, and post‑incident outcomes. The role will also include a requirement to form part of a 24x7 on-call roster to respond to any real-time security incidents outside of normal business hours. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Proven experience in running operations management, projects, and change delivery. Extensive experience managing an operational function with real‑time decision making and formal escalation framework. Experience in physical security, risk, or regulated operational environments is beneficial but not essential. Track record of enabling business to evolve and innovate to combat new threats/challenges. Strong capability with business systems such as Microsoft Office, and a working understanding of operational data aggregation, reporting, and performance metrics. Enhanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce reporting pertaining to the current threat landscape.
