This is an exciting opportunity for and Audit Senior looking to join an established Audit team with great clients who are embarking on a period of change. Reporting directly to supportive and down-to-earth manager in a friendly culture where we live by our Culture Principles including "Work Hard, Go Home." To be successful in the role you will; Demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting and audit principles Ability to identify issues to be bought to the attention of more senior team members; e.g. manager letter points Sound understanding of business structures and their purpose Complete some ad-hoc tasks and small non-complex engagements reporting directly to Manager, Clients Director or Partner Ability to complete small to medium size engagements with appropriate supervision and be able to report directly to senior members of the team Able to communicate clearly to clients on audit engagements Produce quality accounting and audit related work and advice with review as required Demonstrate a sound understanding of the client’s business while contributing and assisting senior team members in ad-hoc advisory projects and engagements Be able to apply a basic level of business acumen to a client’s business environment Some experience reviewing the work of Junior Advisors and being able to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner. We are ideally looking for someone with following experience: CA / CPA qualified Minimum of 4 years of external audit experience gained primarily within Public Accounting Proven ability to cultivate and build positive business relationships Exceptional written and verbal communication This role is being handled by our internal recruitment team, and we will not be accepting agency candidates.
