Description In this hands-on and meaningful position, you’ll be responsible for preparing pets and personalised keepsakes with dignity, care, and precision. You’ll work closely with internal teams, veterinary clinics, and clients to ensure every detail is handled to the highest standard. This is a unique role suited to someone who is empathetic, reliable, and comfortable working in a caring but operational environment. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and professional customer service, including handling phone enquiries Prepare pets for viewings and cremations with care and respect Create personalised keepsakes such as clay, ink and digital paw prints, fur clippings, and memorial items Place ashes into urns, wooden boxes and jewellery, ensuring accuracy and quality Coordinate engraving and quality control of keepsake products Maintain accurate records and data entry using internal systems Assist with stock control, warehouse duties and deliveries Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and WH&S compliance Support a positive team culture and assist with onboarding new team members Qualifications About You Naturally compassionate with a calm and respectful approach Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Comfortable with hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights Confident using computer systems and MS Office Reliable, team-oriented, and values-driven Q Fever vaccination (required) Experience in animal care, healthcare, funerals, veterinary clinics, or similar service-based environments will be highly regarded.
