This is a diverse and fast-paced role where you will take responsibility for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of training and development across the organisation. Reporting to the L&D Lead you will support the coordination of external training, traineeships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs and ensure the efficient delivery of training. You will have the opportunity to support the transition from manual training administration to a digitally enabled learning environment. Based in Helensvale you’ll work closely with all teams across our business groups. Essential Skills and Attributes At least 1–2 years’ experience in a training, L&D coordination or administrative role Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and external Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) Any exposure to eLearning authoring tools and workflow or automation tools desirable Previous experience working with training, compliance, or workforce data highly beneficial Exposure to traineeships, apprenticeships and graduate programs high regarded Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and provide clear updates Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and business systems What’s next?
