Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this Monday to Friday full time position combines administration coordination with key accounting functions, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position in a fast paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Answer phone calls and email enquiries and directing them to the relevant person Creating sales orders and invoicing Following up outstanding debtors Entering and processing of payments Stock ordering, receivals, transfers and inventory control Processing sales orders and delivery notes Liaising with suppliers for pricing and ETA on orders Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required About You: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills Prior administration and data entry experience Positive attitude, great communication skills with the willingness to learn Have good organisation and planning skills The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications About the Company: Lindsay Australia is a leading transporter of fresh and refrigerated produce.
