Current teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers Demonstrated leadership experience in secondary learning and teaching. Strong understanding of Years 7–12 curriculum, QCAA requirements, pedagogical best practices and educational technology integration. Commitment to Christian education and alignment with the College’s statement of faith. Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership or curriculum. Experience leading faculty or Senior School professional learning. Experience in secondary school review, accreditation or improvement frameworks.
