About the role This role will be responsible for leading successful delivery of projects within HammondCare’s Capital Works Programme. The role requires expertise in major construction/minor refurbishment project management, stakeholder engagement, cost control, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and operationally efficient built environments aligned with HammondCare’s mission and values. This is a permanent full-time role based at Hammondville with hybrid opportunities. The role will require travel to other HammondCare sites. Tertiary qualification in construction or design Minimum 3 years experience in Project Coordination with experience in construction environments Demonstrated experience in Project Management Demonstrated track record of managing multi projects at once with strong attention to detail successful execution of complex development projects on live sites Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Expertise in contract management, budget control, and risk assessment Deep understanding of local, state and territory planning, construction, and environmental regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills Passion for health and aged care Desirable Experience Experience in aged care, healthcare, or NFP capital works projects Experience delivering projects in live environments Understanding of NABERS, Green Star, and other sustainability certification schemes To Apply If you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!
