Our commercial client is looking for a proactive Administration Officer to join their team in/near Geelong. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will be the engine room of their office operations, handling everything from accounting and debtor control to shipping logistics. The Opportunity Role: Admin & Accounts Officer Employment Type: Permanent, ongoing Hours: Flexible! 25 hours per week (5 hours per day). You choose your schedule. Salary: $75,000 per annum (pro-rata) superannuation. Start Date: ASAP What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to the General Manager – Sales & Operations, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities: Financial Support: Handle accounts receivable monitoring, debtor follow-ups, and accounts payable entry. Logistics & Orders: Manage order processing, inventory control, and prepare essential import/export and shipping documentation. Office Management: Oversee front desk duties, phone/email inquiries, file management, and office supplies. Reporting: Assist with financial, sales, debtor, and inventory reports. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in office administration or a similar role. Education: A certificate in accounting or administration is highly desired. Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required, particularly with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with Xero and order management systems is highly desirable. Logistics Knowledge: Experience with customs and shipping documentation is desired. Key Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and top-tier customer service skills.
