What You’ll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for customers—creating a warm, professional experience in person, over the phone, and via email. Understand customer needs, provide clear and honest advice, and coordinate bookings and repairs efficiently. Keep customers informed every step of the way with proactive, transparent communication. About You Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive or agricultural industry is preferred. A strong communicator who enjoys helping people and building trust.
