Our team has leading transactional and regulatory experience across the key projects and transactions shaping Australia’s energy future. We advise on market leading M&A and project development transactions in the energy sector relating to wind, solar and pumped hydro; battery storage and virtual power; hydrogen; decarbonisation and energy transmission. We also advise on complex M&A, joint ventures and project development in the oil and gas and mining sectors offering clients strategic advice and capability across their business. If you have 3 years PQE in renewables, oil and gas, mining or corporate law with a desire to work alongside some of the brightest and best lawyers in the industry and to gain exposure to highly complex and interesting transactions across the energy sector, this opportunity is for you.
