Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join their small but busy team based in Belmont. This is a full-time, temporary position with a strong view of permanency for the right person. It is for an immediate start, The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has solid experience recruiting within blue-collar trades, particularly riggers and crane operators within the Mining and Resources sector. This position plays a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment and end-to-end mobilisation activities, ensuring candidates are fully compliant, prepared, and ready for site deployment in line with client requirements. Strong CRM systems experience is essential. What you’ll be doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, phone screening, and arranging interviews Sourcing blue-collar candidates through advertising, referrals, and existing talent pools Coordinating full mobilisation activities including medicals, training, VOCs, and site inductions Completing reference checks, compliance checks, and ensuring valid tickets, licences, and working rights Preparing new starters for site commencement, including onboarding and documentation checks Uploading and maintaining accurate candidate records in HRMS and client systems Scheduling and coordinating inductions, training, and compliance requirements Arranging uniforms and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Using systems such as Assignar, Employment Hero, and Pegasus to manage workforce mobilisation and compliance Providing general mobilisation and recruitment support to managers and HR teams in a high-volume environment What you’ll need: Proven experience in recruitment and site mobilisation within the Mining and Resources sector (mandatory) Strong background recruiting blue-collar trades, ideally riggers and crane operators High-volume recruitment experience with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong knowledge of mobilisation processes including medicals, inductions, training, and compliance Experience using recruitment and onboarding systems such as Assignar, Employment Hero, and similar HR platforms Ability to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates effectively Strong attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and documentation accuracy Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational ability What’s in it for you: Opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position with an immediate start Work within a fast-paced and high-performing mobilisation and recruitment team Exposure to major mining and resource sector projects Hands-on experience with leading recruitment and onboarding systems Supportive team environment with strong industry exposure How to apply: To submit your application, please click the APPLY button to submit your resume together with a covering letter.
