For Finance & Insurance Manager and F&I Specialist to optimize customer financing solutions for a well-established automotive dealership. A Permanent Full-Time position within a reputable dealer committed to excellence. Requires: Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance or a similar role. Salary guide: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum. Location: Northern Victoria. Your normal day will involve: Consulting with customers to understand their financial needs and recommending appropriate finance and insurance packages. Preparing and processing finance applications efficiently and accurately. Maintaining strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and other financial partners. Educating customers on the benefits of available finance and insurance options, ensuring transparency. Supporting the sales team with after-sales finance and insurance-related inquiries. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and dealership policies. Generating reports on finance and insurance performance metrics.
