About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Regional Support Officer to join our Bendigo-based team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. Supporting the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and Regional Office, you will ensure the efficient coordination of administrative functions and contribute to the effective delivery of business operations. Key responsibilities include managing and prioritising administrative tasks, preparing correspondence and briefing materials, coordinating meetings and events, and providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will also build strong professional relationships, ensuring enquiries and issues are handled promptly, confidentially, and professionally. Key responsibilities include Delivering high-quality administrative support, effectively prioritising tasks and managing competing demands. Preparing professional correspondence and a range of business documents, including reports, presentations, minutes and briefing materials. Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering arrangements. Collating information, conducting research and supporting regional business planning activities. Providing responsive, high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Maintaining accurate records and managing data entry across relevant systems and databases. Supporting business processes and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Managing procurement of stationery, goods and services as required. About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated organisational and coordination skills to support the needs of the RBM, office of the DCO and Regional Leadership team within a geographically diverse environment Highly developed administrative skills together with demonstrated skills in the use and application of the Microsoft Office suite of products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with internal / external customers and key stakeholders that enable results to be obtained. Demonstrated capacity in organising and managing self and others as well as being results orientated. Ability to work proactively, with minimal supervision and direction, and as a member of a team. Sound understanding of a range of CFA applications and their use.
