Initial one month contract with ongoing extensions each month based on performance Hourly Pay rate of $41.59/hour super Working 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week between 9 AM to 5 PM Work location: 160 Marsden St. Parramatta (no WFH set-up) Purpose of the role: As the Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality customer services. You will be responsible for managing a customer caseload to deliver financial management services to customers and make decisions on their behalf. Key Accountabilities: Develop strategies and make substitute decisions to manage customer finances including medium to long term planning. Communicate and engage with customers to understand their financial needs and existing arrangements, build rapport and consult with the customer to understand aspirations. Deliver high quality, respectful, consistent, empathetic and timely services to customers. Access the required systems and processes to support the management of customer matters and actively suggest improvements. Escalate complex matters and substantial complaints to the Senior Client Service Officer or Principal Client Service Officer, as required. Discuss progress with Senior Client Service Officer and complete ongoing decisions, budgets and administration. Essential requirements: Experience working and/or supporting people with disability, vulnerable or older people. Willingness to be a part of a rotating phone roster shared on an equitable basis covering morning and afternoon shifts (between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm). Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails.
