What you will be doing… Reporting directly to the Partner you will be responsible for both people and client management. Proactively monitor and manage workflow effectively and efficiently to achieve quality client service, while meeting budgets and deadlines, client satisfaction and reporting requirements. Delivery of high quality client service and technical support to clients. Plan and achieve operational budgets for client portfolios and assignment teams. Manage the day to day workflow, performance and professional development of direct reports. Provide input to and implement changes to practices and processes within the workplace. Provide input to and implement business/marketing strategies and policy direction Nurture a high performing, client focussed, team orientated and supportive workplace culture. Continue professional development of skills, technical knowledge and qualifications.
