Core Talent has partnered with a leading specialist contractor to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in remedial construction to drive growth across the Commercial, Strata, and High-End Residential sectors. This is a strategic opportunity for a commercially astute professional with a strong background in remedial construction who can build a pipeline, develop key client relationships, and secure project opportunities. The successful candidate will bring both technical credibility and business development expertise, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the full project lifecycle. The role will initially operate as a dual-focus position, with approximately 70% dedicated to pipeline generation and project sourcing, and 30% focused on the sale of vertical access systems, including mast climbers. A competitive remuneration package with commission incentives across both revenue streams is on offer. Importantly, this opportunity may also suit an experienced Project Manager within remedial construction who has previously been involved in client relationship management, identifying opportunities, and bringing new projects into the business, and is now looking to transition into a dedicated Business Development role The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting opportunities across targeted markets while positioning the business as a preferred provider of remedial construction and access solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust pipeline of remedial construction opportunities across Commercial, Strata, and Residential markets Source projects for the internal estimating team to tender and secure Develop and manage relationships with strata managers, consultants, engineers, builders, asset managers, and key decision-makers Drive sales growth of mast climber and vertical access systems Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits to generate opportunities and strengthen market presence Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and client engagement activity through CRM systems Identify strategic long-term opportunities and key accounts across target sectors Why Join?
