Your New Company Builder/Developer delivering a pipeline of townhouse and mixed-use projects across Brisbane. This role is for a new project in the Pallara region. Your New Role Run day-to-day delivery of a 40–50 townhouse project with a childcare component Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and programme Drive quality, safety, and site performance through to handover Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal team What You'll Need to Suceed Proven Site Manager experience on townhouse or low–mid rise residential projects Ability to run projects end-to-end Strong trade coordination and site management Practical, hands-on approach with good understanding of programme and sequencing What You'll Get in Return Southside location (Pallara region) Stable pipeline of similar projects Builder/Developer model with direct exposure to delivery and decision-making What You Need to do Now If this sounds relevant, reach out for a confidential discussion.
