Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Finance Business Partner (Operations) to support a high-performing financial services team delivering strategic and operational financial management across a complex organisation. In this role, you will provide high-quality budgeting, management accounting, reporting and financial analysis to enable informed decision-making. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, offering expert advice, building financial capability and supporting business performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Partner with operational areas to provide financial insights, advice and performance analysis Deliver accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting cycles Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives Monitor and analyse financial transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance Support end-of-month and end-of-financial-year processes including accruals and reconciliations Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on financial systems and reporting Contribute to long-term financial planning, cost modelling and resource allocation Liaise with auditors and support compliance and audit activities Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes and controls Requirements: Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting and management accounting Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel/data analysis capability Experience working with ERP systems and large financial datasets Ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Degree qualification in accounting, commerce or related discipline CPA or CA qualification (desirable) Experience within a complex or government environment (desirable) This role requires a proactive and commercially minded professional who can partner effectively with stakeholders and contribute to strong financial governance and performance.
