You thrive in smaller, agile businesses where decisions are made quickly and your impact is visible, and you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with design, marketing and operations while confidently liaising with factories to ensure the product comes to life exactly as intended. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the end-to-end product development process across a high volume of seasonal styles Translating design concepts into technical specifications and construction requirements Creating and maintaining tech packs, graded specs and product documentation Managing development timelines and ensuring product moves through the critical path Liaising day-to-day with overseas manufacturing partners to manage sampling, revisions and production Troubleshooting fit, construction and quality issues with suppliers Coordinating and attending fit sessions and sample reviews Conducting quality control checks across development and production Managing studio samples and supporting internal try-ons and product reviews Supporting campaign preparation and photoshoot fittings where required Maintaining development trackers, spreadsheets and documentation Collaborating closely with design, marketing and operations to ensure smooth product delivery What You’ll Bring: Experience in product development within apparel Strong garment construction knowledge and technical understanding A good sewing ability and practical garment handling skills Experience developing womenswear, dresses, occasionwear or structured garments Experience working with overseas factories Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple styles and timelines simultaneously A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally A genuine passion for technical product development and craftsmanship What’s On Offer: Opportunity to work closely with senior creative leadership and have meaningful input into product outcomes A hands-on studio-based role , surrounded by samples and collections Ownership of the full product lifecycle , from development and fittings through to production Exposure to high-volume global collections with strong market visibility
