Business overview Sunco Investco Pty Ltd t/a CoolParts Sunshine Coast is is a fast-moving HVAC-R wholesale business supplying high-quality components and solutions to trade professionals across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. We’re growing, evolving, and tightening the bolts on our internal projects — and we need a sharp Project Administrator to help keep everything running like a well-tuned system. The business is located at Unit 5 88-92 Quanda Road, Coolum Beach, 4573 We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Sunshine Coast, QLD on a full-time basis. As a Project Administrator your everyday responsibilities will include (but are not limited) to the following: -Coordination and development of project plans, schedules, and timelines to support wholesale and manufacturing activities. -Monitoring project and production progress to ensure activities are completed in accordance with agreed objectives and deadlines. -Preparing, maintaining, and updating project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and project records in accordance with organisational procedures. -Coordinating administrative aspects of projects, including resource allocation, procurement of materials, and tracking of orders for both stock and manufacturing requirements. -Liaising with internal stakeholders across sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with project objectives. -Liaising with external suppliers and service providers to support the timely delivery of materials and services in line with project requirements. -Assisting in the preparation of project status reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review. -Maintaining accurate project data and ensuring integrity across project management systems and reporting tools. -Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of project administration systems, processes, and procedures. -Providing general administrative and coordination support to senior management in relation to project delivery and business initiatives. Requirements for the candidate -Hold the relevant qualifications (Diploma or higher); or have at least three (3) years of relevant full-time work experience; -Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines across both project and manufacturing environments; -Well-developed communication abilities; -Strong attention to detail; -Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and respond to issues impacting project timelines, procurement, and production schedules; -Competency in administrative and computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), is essential for reporting, scheduling, and record-keeping. -A practical understanding of project workflows, materials coordination, and operational processes within construction, HVAC, or manufacturing environments is highly regarded; -The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is also essential. What we are offering This is a full-time position offering a generous salary between $75,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation to the right candidate (depending on experience).
