We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building beautiful, functional digital experiences that delight users and meet client objectives. You'll work across the full design lifecycle — from discovery and wireframing through to final production — collaborating closely with clients, developers, and internal teams. Key responsibilities Design & development Plan, design, and develop websites and digital interfaces tailored to client needs Create responsive, accessible, and visually compelling layouts using modern design principles Integrate multimedia elements including text, images, animation, audio, and video User experience & interface Design user-centric interfaces with a strong focus on usability and intuitive navigation Optimise information architecture for clarity and engagement Ensure consistency across branding, colour schemes, typography, and layout Research & strategy Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives and constraints Conduct user research to analyse behaviour, communication requirements, and industry trends Translate insights into effective and innovative design concepts Concept development Produce sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate ideas Develop solutions that balance functional and aesthetic goals Present and iterate on concepts based on stakeholder feedback Collaboration & delivery Work closely with clients, developers, and production teams across projects Provide clear documentation and design specifications for implementation Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality output on time Skills & qualifications Proven experience in web design, UI/UX, or a closely related field Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and core web technologies Strong visual design sensibility with exceptional attention to detail Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team How to apply If you're passionate about design and ready to contribute to impactful digital experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
