The team at Flexiforce are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer for a 6-month construction project based in Goulburn, NSW. This role will suit someone who is safety-focused, physically fit, and ready to commit to consistent, long working hours. Main criteria: Valid Confined Spaces Entry ticket (essential) Current White Card (essential) Previous construction or labouring experience Ability to work 7am–5pm and commit to full-time hours Strong physical fitness and stamina Great work ethic and positive, can-do attitude Eagerness to learn and take direction on-site Excellent attention to detail Effective communication and comprehension skills Ability to work both in a team and independently Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Highly regarded (but not essential): Any additional construction-related tickets or licences.
