About The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering people strategies that support operational excellence across our SA and WA region. This position suits an experienced, commercially focused P&C professional who partners effectively with leaders and influences outcomes through insight and sound judgement. The role supports employees across our Residential Aged Care business, aligning workforce initiatives with business priorities and providing trusted advice to operational leaders. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Workforce, Operations, Safety, Talent, and Learning & Development to drive continuous improvement. Key Activities: Partner with operational leaders to deliver workforce and people strategies aligned to regional and organisational priorities. Lead and support organisational design, transformation and change initiatives in response to aged care reforms and evolving care models. Build leader capability across the employee lifecycle through coaching, toolkits, workshops and targeted initiatives. Use workforce data, insights and scorecard metrics to inform planning, prioritisation and performance outcomes. Drive initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, retention and employee experience across the region. Act as a key conduit between operations and P&C support functions, ensuring effective implementation of people programs and initiatives. About you: Proven experience in a senior People & Culture or HR Business Partner role within a complex, multi-site environment. Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders to improve performance and lead through change. Strong strategic and analytical capability, using workforce data to drive insight-led decisions Experience designing and delivering programs across culture, talent development, succession and leadership capability. High level of commercial acumen with a focus on operational outcomes and continuous improvement. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse business functions. Our culture is supportive and collaborative.
