Registered Psychologist - Neurodiversity Assessments Perth, WA Full-time clinic-based role $100K - $110K Super | Strong referral flow About the Practice Our client is a highly regarded private practice based in West Perth, specialising in neurodiversity-affirming care. They support children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, person-centred therapy. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Psychologist to join a neurodiversity-focused clinic with a steady stream of referrals and a strong internal support structure. You'll have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents and liaising with families and conducting thorough and comprehensive assessments for ASD, ADHD, and SLD. Your role will include: Delivering evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema, trauma-informed approaches) Neurodevelopmental assessments: Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments for ASD, ADHD and SLD using standardised diagnostic tools and best practice guidelines. Developmental history taking, direct observation, and the administration of specific psychometric instruments A maximum of 2 ASD assessments will be scheduled within a day (4 hours of clients contact) or a minimum of % ADHD or SLD assessments will be scheduled within a day (5 hours of client contact) Supporting clients and families with practical strategies and formulations Collaborating with schools, GPs, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals Creating a safe, affirming space for neurodivergent clients Diagnostic Formulation & Reporting: Interpret assessment results and produce clear, high-quality diagnostic reports with recommendations, within set timeframes (2 weeks ASD; 1 week ADHD/SLD).
