A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Merchandise Planner to join a well established retail business in a key category planning role. We are seeking a commercially minded Planner with strong experience managing seasonal product cycles. Exposure to knitwear will be highly regarded. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys trading product in season, and can confidently influence decisions through strong analysis and planning expertise. What You Will Be Doing Develop seasonal merchandise plans aligned to sales and margin targets Manage forecasting, budgeting and in season reforecasting Drive stock flow, intake and exit strategies across seasonal categories Analyse weekly trade performance and recommend actions Manage OTB and inventory productivity Work closely with Buying, Allocations and Leadership teams Identify opportunities to maximise sales and minimise risk Support strategic planning for future ranges and category growth What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Merchandise Planner or Senior Planner in retail Strong experience in seasonal categories Knitwear experience highly desirable Strong analytical and commercial decision making skills Advanced Excel and planning systems capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work in a fast moving retail environment Why Apply?
