Your responsibilities will include: Personal Care including grooming, bathing, dressing and oral hygiene Assisting with transfers using hoists Toileting support, including bladder and bowel management Basic wound care and assistance with self medication Light domestic support such as meal preparation, cleaning and laundry Supporting community access, including transport to appointments and social activities About You We are looking for dedicated people who: Communicate clearly and build genuine connections with clients Can commit to a fixed fortnightly roster Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle Hold, or willing to obtain, an NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Card Have relevant experience or qualifications in disability, nursing or community care is highly regarded Join us in making a meaningful impact, for your clients, your team and the wider community.
