Key Accountabilities Lead relationship and network management to strengthen member connectivity, participation, and leadership pathways Map and enhance member engagement journeys, capturing stories, lived experience, and aspirations to inform future programming Foster culturally safe, family‑like spaces grounded in shared principles and values Establish and oversee leadership and participation initiatives, including member‑led advisory or think‑tank groups Manage the CRM system to track member data, engagement, and network growth in line with Indigenous Data Sovereignty principles Expand digital reach through culturally grounded communications and accessible online platforms Collaborate on website and platform development to support meaningful, safe engagement Support the planning and delivery of key events and gatherings, with a strong focus on member‑led content and cultural grounding Provide strategic, member‑informed advice to guide organisational growth, sustainability, and influence Support partnership development and explore co‑investment opportunities across philanthropic, government, and sector stakeholders Key Skills & Experience Strong cultural acumen and understanding of First Nations ways of knowing, doing, and being Exceptional relational and engagement skills, working with compassion, humility, and integrity Proven experience building and sustaining professional or community networks Advanced capability in CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and communications tools Strategic communication skills across diverse stakeholders and audiences Experience managing data ethically, with an understanding of Indigenous Data Governance Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Relevant qualifications desirable; substantial Community‑based experience is highly valued and recognised How to Apply To apply, click the Apply Now button and send your up-to-date resume, for a confidential discussion call us now on 1300 111 365.
