We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced online automotive media business and become the friendly, reliable voice customers can genuinely count on. You’ll be based in North Sydney, working within a supportive team where communication, accuracy, and attitude matter just as much as experience. In this role, you’ll be speaking with customers daily over phone and email, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You’ll also play an important part in the administrative side of the business, so being confident across systems, managing tasks efficiently, and maintaining accurate records is essential. This is a hybrid role, offering a split working week between home and office, giving you flexibility while still staying closely connected to the team and business.
