The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate and evidence-based care. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead and support a skilled nursing team, drive service improvements, maintain compliance standards and contribute as a key member of the leadership team.
