This provider supports individuals living with profound disabilities in a small, home style environment where care is personal, unhurried and deeply valued. They have a 6 bed capacity in their home that supports long term residents, along with occasional respite care. The key focus is on quality of life, not just clinical tasks e.g. regular outings, in home activites and engagement, which forms a big part of daily life. They are currently seeking Registered Nurses to come and join the team! This is not your typical healthcare role. It is a rare opportunity to make a genuine and lasting impact in the lives of others, while building meaningful connections in one of the most picturesque parts of regional NSW. If you are an experienced RN looking for something different, offering purpose, pace, and variety, this could be the role for you! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Supporting residents with personal care and day to day living Medication administration and clinical oversight (RN only) Monitoring health, wellbeing, skin integrity and care plans Working alongside allied health professionals including OTs, speech therapists and dietitians, etc. Contributing to a warm, supportive and engaging home environment WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
