Community Care Manager $140K Super $16k Salary Packaging Leadership role in Home and Community Care Remote Allowance & Housing & Vehicle provided Play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality aged care and disability services that support the local Pilbara community. This full-time position is responsible for leading program delivery, ensuring services are person-centred, culturally safe, financially sustainable, and aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. Make a meaningful difference by empowering and supporting the local community.
