Your Skill Set Demonstrated background in regard to senior management in community services sectors and/or Aboriginal organisations, including an understanding of issues, cultural practices and values that affect Aboriginal people. Qualifications in community services/social work/education, training, community development or similar. Ability to build and maintain relationships with board members, committees, and key stakeholders Ability to lead and motivate teams while promoting a positive culture of achievement. Experience leading and implementing strategic, financial and operational planning, monitoring financial performance while meeting budget outcomes. Contract management, engagement, reporting and acquittal experience Manual driver's licence with an ability to obtain a national police check clearance, WWCC.
