Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Resort Manager to lead the resort's overall performance, drive operational change, financial performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences across all areas of the business. Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, this is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role that requires strong commercial capability, operational depth and the ability to motivate and develop a large, diverse team. You will be accountable for both the direction and day‑to‑day positioning of the resort. Ensuring all departments perform at the highest level and that we continue to break new frontiers in coastal opportunities. This position is pivotal in leading transformation, building strong stakeholder partnerships and ensuring the resort’s continued success through our leaders in a dynamic and competitive market.
