This role is designed for experienced clinicians committed to neurodiversity-affirming practice, supporting students during school hours and school terms. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers students and school communities. Responsibilities Assessments: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in outreach settings. Intervention: Develop and implement individualized plans reflecting neurodiversity-affirming principles and evidence-based practice. Collaboration: Partner with educators, families, and allied health professionals to support student goals and inclusion within the school environment. Capacity Building: Provide consultation and training for school staff to promote strategies for supporting diverse communication needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of all assessments and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards. Growth: Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications Education: Recognised degree in Speech Pathology. Membership: Current CPSP membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) . Experience: Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience (outreach experience preferred).
