Working within a dedicated Project Controls Office, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a large-scale transport program by ensuring project documentation is accurate, compliant and effectively managed across the full project lifecycle. About the Role This position sits within a collaborative document control team and is responsible for managing high volumes of project documentation, maintaining document management systems and supporting project stakeholders to meet governance and compliance requirements. You will work across a complex infrastructure environment involving multiple work packages, contractors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain project document control plans, processes and procedures Ensure project documentation is stored, reviewed, tracked and approved in accordance with project and contractual requirements Manage document workflows and system configurations within InEight Document (TeamBinder) Coordinate document review and approval processes across multiple project packages Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure documentation meets required standards Manage project data transfers across systems including InEight, SharePoint, MS Teams and Content Manager Support reporting, auditing, correspondence and document numbering activities Deliver training and guidance to project staff on document control systems and processes About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience using InEight Document / TeamBinder (mandatory) Previous experience within a major infrastructure, construction or capital project environment Proven ability to manage large volumes of documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong understanding of document control, records management and compliance requirements Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities If you are an experienced document control professional looking to contribute to a high-profile government project, we would love to hear from you.
