As a result of the relocation of one of our Residential Managers for family reasons, we are seeking an accomplished Residential Manager to assume leadership of McQuoin Park, located in Waitara. This is a substantial Residential Aged Care home comprising 122 beds and a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care while embracing change. Your ability to seamlessly navigate and promote transformation, together with your approachable nature and innate ability to develop strong personable, professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders including employees, residents and their families and more, will be recognised and will aid your success in this integral role. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams. As the Residential Manager, it is expected that you will have strong financial understanding and commercial acumen to ensure the home is run in a fiscally responsible manner. You will provide overall leadership and direction for the home, driving excellence in clinical care, compliance, resident experience, and employee engagement. Supported by a stable and fully staffed master roster, you will be well positioned to focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement including supporting our new Inspirit Model of Care currently being implemented at McQuoin Park - I am seen, I am heard, I am known. Bachelor of Nursing qualification - Essential Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - Essential Minimum 5 years' experience as a Residential Manager - Essential In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC processes Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight Ability to be on call after hours (phone) 1 week in 8 to support other Residential Managers in your region Why join us?
