Senior Marketing Manager – Trade Marketing SHEIKE | Sydney At SHEIKE, we celebrate everybody and every day. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Trade Marketing to lead how our campaigns come to life across our store network and digital channels. The Opportunity Reporting into the Brand & Marketing function, this is a key role responsible for delivering SHEIKE’s Trade Marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints. You will work cross-functionally with Retail, Buying and Design to ensure campaigns are commercially effective, brand-aligned and executed seamlessly. This role also leads our Local Area Marketing function, with a direct report, and is key to driving store-level performance through targeted, localised initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Trade Marketing strategy aligned to seasonal campaigns Partner with Buying, Design and Retail to bring product stories to life Drive in-store campaign execution across all boutiques Manage the campaign calendar and marketing rollout across channels Support coordination and direction of VM, campaign toolkits and retail communications Lead and develop the Local Area Marketing function Use data and insights to optimise campaign performance About You Proven experience in a senior trade marketing or campaign role (retail/fashion preferred) Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales outcomes Experience delivering campaigns across retail and digital channels Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Proven people leadership experience Passion for fashion, brand and customer experience Must have full working rights in Australia.
