A great opportunity exists for Senior Flood Engineer to join their Brisbane team. Suitable for someone who enjoys combining hands-on flood modelling with project leadership, client management, and mentoring . You’ll lead flood and stormwater-related workstreams across land development and broader civil projects, helping clients navigate approvals while delivering practical, high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities: Lead flood studies, floodplain management plans and risk assessments , clearly communicating impacts and upstream/downstream considerations Coordinate projects across multidisciplinary teams (milestones, budgets, invoicing) to ensure commercial, on-time delivery Manage stakeholder relationships: clients, authorities, consultants and subcontractors Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers Apply strong engineering judgement to solve complex modelling/design issues Support business growth: fee proposals, variations, continuous improvement We would love to consider strong candidates who match most of the brief—if you’ve got solid flood modelling experience and the desire to step up, I'd like to hear from you.
