About the role: As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Champion to join our team in Gillman. The position is permanent full-time, working Monday to Friday. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to enquiries and providing high-quality support in a lively and fast-paced environment. About you: Passionate about customer service with transport experience being a bonus but not mandatory. Resourceful to find information, navigate systems and work to resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner. Multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks. Active listener with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate composure and resilience under pressure and effectively navigate challenging customer interactions. Dedicated to ongoing improvement by identifying challenges, opportunities and implementing effective solutions. A team player that is driven to contribute to the team’s overall success.
